Hafesa supports young talent

6 de August de 2025 2 minutes reading.

At Hafesa, we firmly believe that talent should be driven by effort, potential, and ambition, not by financial circumstances. That’s why, since 2021, we’ve partnered with Colegio Vocacional Diocesano San Fernando in Granada to provide school scholarships to students who excel academically but have limited financial resources.

For the 2024/2025 academic year, we’ve allocated €70,000 to ensure more young people have access to high-quality education and can achieve their academic goals. Since we started this partnership four years ago, Hafesa has contributed over €175,000, directly benefiting 13 students with full scholarships.

Commitment to education and community

Colegio San Fernando, part of Granada’s Archdiocese, is renowned for its holistic, humanistic, and Christian-inspired education, covering secondary school through to A-levels. Thanks to our joint commitment, the school can guarantee that talented students aren’t left behind because of financial constraints.

Beneficiaries are chosen based on clear criteria: academic excellence, commitment, and attitude. This allows us to support students like Paula Rodríguez, a first-year A-level student, who says:

“I’m working really hard to get into the degree programme I want. Companies that show such care for people deserve society’s recognition.”

Another secondary school pupil shared her experience:

“Thanks to this support, I’ve found a second home here and discovered passions like painting and singing. We’re one big family.”

Families also highly value this collective effort:

“We want to thank Hafesa for making it possible for our children to attend school,” says the Suárez Benítez family.

These scholarships don’t just facilitate educational access; they also create opportunities for students to discover and develop their talents in a stimulating environment, supported by committed teachers.

Several scholarship students have already achieved significant academic success, earning honours and moving on to university degrees in fields such as Medicine and Industrial Engineering.

At Hafesa, we promote initiatives that create a lasting positive impact within our communities. Our collaboration with Colegio San Fernando exemplifies our commitment to equal opportunities and talent development in the regions where we operate.
