At the Hafesa Group, even though we are a young company, we already have a relevant track record within the Oil & Gas sector in Spain. We have integrated our business throughout the downstream chain, providing value in each of its phases: hydrocarbon storage, wholesale sales, retail sales, secondary transportation and trading.

WHAT DOES THE RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF THE HAFESA GROUP CONSIST OF?

Our responsible management is based on the use of the Code of Ethics as a guide in all applicable situations, ensuring transparency in our business. This code applies to all Hafesa Group employees and stakeholders related to our business activity. In cases not contemplated, we apply common sense to make ethical decisions. Any employee can raise issues or concerns through their supervisor or manager, or use the anonymous whistleblowing channel available on our website to deal with irregular situations.

We encourage all of our employees, suppliers, partners and collaborators to become familiar with our Code of Ethics and to consider it as a basic element in their performance and relationships with our company.

HAFESA GROUP CODE OF ETHICS

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is an essential part of the Hafesa Group and acts as a fundamental benchmark for its ethical principles. It is aimed at all members of the organisation and seeks to internalise and apply them in daily life, promoting ethical and responsible behaviour in line with established corporate values.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CODE:

To establish the principles and values that should guide the activities and relationships of the Hafesa Group, as well as each of its employees, managers, administrators, partners and suppliers.

To promote an ethical, professional and honest environment for the development of daily operations, in accordance with the principles of good faith and strict compliance with current legislation.

To promote a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency and good corporate governance, in order to prevent the commission of crimes within the organisation and to comply with all applicable laws in the exercise of its activities.

To protect computer freedom and privacy related to the personal data handled, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and promoting responsible conduct in the processing of information.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE CODE:

This Code is binding and mandatory for all shareholders, employees, directors, administrators and members at all levels of the Hafesa Group.
In the same sense, all partners, suppliers, clients and subcontractor companies and intermediaries that work with the Hafesa Group must adhere to the ethical principles and standards established in the Code of Ethics and Conduct. It is the responsibility of everyone, regardless of their role within the organisation, to enforce this code. Any breach of this will not be tolerated, and any contrary conduct must be reported immediately through the channels established by the Hafesa Group.
