Hafesa Group and the San Fernando Diocesan Vocational Educational Center of Granada  presented  their partnership agreement today. By virtue of this Agreement, the petrol company Hafesa Group will promote the financial sustainability of the School for the 2021-2022 academic year, by funding the most outstanding students who do not have enough means to afford access to an excellent education. The presentation of the partnership Agreement was attended on behalf of  Hafesa Group by its General Manager, Mr. Diego Guardamino; and on behalf of the Educational Center, by the rector of the Minor Seminary and the San Fernando College, Mr. Miguel Ángel Morell Parera and the director of the Educational Center, Mr. Antonio José de la Rosa Martos.

The San Fernando Educational Center, which began its journey in the 2020-2021 academic year, offers a humanistic Christian education  for  all stages of Secondary and Baccalaureate to a mixed student body. Their fundamental objective is to discover each student’s personal calling, through the search for truth, beauty and goodness. .Hafesa Group shares and promotes these values together with Colegio San Fernando, both in the fields of education and business.  Among these, it is worth highlighting the aspects that help to provide quality training for the students, such as effort, hard work, the desire to overcome  obstacles and improving one’s own limits, hence their support for those students who do not have enough resources for this standard of education to be within their reach.

In the words of Diego Guardamino, General Manager of Hafesa Group, “this is an agreement that allows us to make progress in our mission to help build a better world, in association with institutions that share our values and make it easier for us to lend a hand to those who may need it. We are very proud to be able to sign this type of agreement that benefits mainly those who need it most”.Hafesa Group is an energy operator specializing in hydrocarbon trading, they have several plants across the Spanish geography. Their plant in Motril, Granada, is one of the key points within the peninsula and an integral part of its business strategy. The union of the company with this city is more than  relevant and this is just one of the reasons why the company has wanted to do their bit, by signing this agreement.
